About the Chamber                 Leadership Team     Dear Visitor: Welcome to our Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce!  This is a great time for Montgomery County and we invite you to get involved to help us fulfill our role as the voice of Montgomery County Business.   Our priorities for the coming year reflect a carefully considered agenda, the result of a great deal of consensus building.  As Chair, I will work with you to:   ·                     Ensure our global competitiveness through the collaborative Vision 2030 initiative to grow and connect global science and technology leaders here in Maryland.   ·                     Advocate for an increased commitment to provide infrastructure to ensure our community’s quality of life.   ·                     Continue to connect our members so they can continue to grow their business and be successful.      Ed Asher I believe that the issues before us are enormously important for the future of our County, State and nation.  With a highly effective Chamber staff and the help of our membership, we intend to work hard to accomplish business-friendly solutions to these issues.
