10:00 a.m Registration Begins
10:00 a.m-12:00 p.m. Warmup
11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Lunch
12:15 p.m. Shotgun Start
5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Cocktails and Buffet Dinner

The Golf Tournament format is a Scramble/Captains Choice. All four players will tee off, the Captain will then select the best drive and all players will play their own ball from there. The 2 best balls for each hole will be used as a team score. Mulligans will be available for purchase to better your scoring chances! Enjoy the top-flight Lakewood Country Club golf course. Beverage and Food Stations will be staged throughout the course. On course contests will include: closest to the pin on all Par 3 holes, long drive for men and women. Prizes will be awarded!
The day begins with registration and warm-up on the driving range and putting green, followed by lunch in the Overlook Restaurant. At 12:15 p.m. there will be a Shotgun Start. After golf, cocktails and a wonderful buffet dinner will be served on the Overlook Patio.

Platinum Sponsor--$10,000
The Platinum Sponsorship includes your company name as part of the event title, tournament sponsorship banner and special recognition in all tournament publications, including press releases and promotional materials. It also includes two golf foursomes.
Gold Sponsor--$7,500
The Gold Sponsorship includes special recognition at the event and one golf foursome.
Silver Sponsor--$5,000
The Silver Sponsorship includes special recognition at the event and one golf foursome.
Bronze Sponsor--$3,000
The Bronze Sponsorship includes special recognition at the event and one golf foursome.
Golf Cart Sponsor--$2000
Includes company sign on all golf carts that will be used on the day of the tournament.
Beverage Cart Sponsor--$1500
Includes company sign on beverage cart that will roam the course throughout the day offering complimentary beverages.
Driving Range Sponsor--$500
Includes company sign at the driving range.
Putting Green Sponsor--$500
Includes company sign at the putting green.
Company Recognition Hole Sign--$250
Each company wishing to be recognized as supporting the tournament will receive a golf hole sign placed in one of the course golf holes.
