The Green Business Crash Course Webinar How to Become a Montgomery County Green-Certified Business is offered in partnership by Montgomery College and MCCC. Course instructor Jennifer K. Woofter of Strategic Sustainability Consulting, will guide you through the application process to accelerate your certification. The course focuses on the following day-to-day operational categories addressed in the application:

• Organizational commitment
• Waste reduction & recycling
• Environmentally responsible purchasing
• Energy efficiency & renewable energy
• Efficient runoff management & water use
• Pollution prevention
• Transportation & travel

Upon registration, you will receive instructions about how to join the online class. Please note: a headset and microphone is required to participate.
