Recruiting qualified applicants is the “tip of the iceberg” when it comes to hiring for your business. In doing so it is imperative that a good applicant pool is found legally, quickly, and inexpensively. By taking proactive steps, your organization can prevent almost all employment law suits. Knowing what you can and cannot do will dramatically reduce the chances of being sued. This seminar will look at the things you must consider when hiring employees.

When considering termination, it is equally important to have a basic understanding of the many rights at the disposal of employers, and how to exercise such rights. This seminar will discuss key elements of major employment and labor laws to show how to properly defend personnel decisions. Employers that make rational, well-documented firing decisions will fare best in the long run.
